Elementary Program Mission
The mission of Trinity's elementary-age program is to provide quality child-care in a program designed to promote social, intellectual, emotional and physical growth in a Christian environment. A special emphasis is placed on Christian character development, including but not limited to: honesty, respect, kindness, good sportsmanship, responsibility and learning to love one another.
Trinity's Summer Camp program offers a wide range of activities while encouraging all aspects of children's development. The day is planned to include different types of activities at varying activity levels throughout the day.

Typical Weekly Field Trip Schedule
Monday: Swimming
Tuesday: Movie (Theater or Trinity)
Wednesday: Swimming
Thursday: Big Field Trip Day
Friday: Mission Project or Theme Day
The schedule varies on theme weeks, such as Bike Week, Vacation Bible School Week, or Sports Camp Week. The theme weeks may vary by summer. A monthly activity calendar will be posted at the beginning of each month. The calendar will list the field trip schedule and the time of departure and return.
TUITION
Enrollment for Trinity's elementary summer camp program is for the entire summer.
Registration Fee: $75.00
A $75.00 registration fee is due annually upon enrollment. The registration fee, activity fees and refreshment fees are due upon enrollment for families already enrolled in the program (see below for summer only enrollees). In order for enrollment to be considered valid, the account must be current, the registration fees must be paid and all paperwork must be completed.

Vacation Credits
Families enrolled year-round are eligible for two weeks tuition credits and summer only families are eligible for a one week tuition credit for full weeks missed. Please see the parent handbook for more information.
Summer Drop-In
$33.00/Day (Plus Field Trip Cost)
Drop-in is only available to children already enrolled in the program, and only as space allows.
Key Fob Deposits
There will be a $10.00 refundable deposit for each key fob requested.
Summer Only Enrollee Payment Schedule
FULL-TIME
All fees and the first month of summer tuition is due upon registration for children that are enrolled FULL-TIME that will ONLY attend during the summer. The remaining amount of tuition is due in two equal payments. The first is due by June 1st and the second is due by July 1st. If the second payment is not received by July 1st, the child/children will not be able to attend Trinity beginning July 8th, until the 2nd payment is made.
â— Full Time Enrollees: $781.00 is due upon registration and two equal payments of $394.50 are due by June 1st and July 1st.
PART-TIME
All fees and the first half of summer tuition is due upon registration for children that are enrolled PART-TIME that will ONLY attend during the summer. The second half of summer tuition is due on July 1st. If the second payment is not received by July 1st, the child/children will not be able to attend Trinity beginning July 8th, until the 2nd payment is made.
â— Part Time Enrollees Registered for 3 Days/Week: $655.00 is due upon enrollment and $485.00 is due on July 1st.
â— Part Time Enrollees Registered for 2 Days/Week: $482.50 is due upon enrollment and $322.50 is due on July 1st.
Registration
Registration for Trinity's Summer Camp begins in February each year. Priority registration opens first for families that are currently enrolled, then children returning from the previous summer and church members. During open registration spaces are offered to children on the waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis based on availability in each age group. Once a spot is offered, the registration paperwork must be completed and required fees must be turned in within a designated period of time or the spot will be offered to the next person.
